Western Boxed Meat
was formed more than 20 years ago by the Allen Family, and then merged
into The Harvest Family of Companies in 1998. Founder Louis Allen is still
to this day procuring products, calling on customers, and providing future
direction for the Western organization. Curt Pohl, President of Western
Boxed Meat, believes that “this is one of the key ingredients that
sets Western apart from our competition.”
